S.G.R (Shaft Grounding Ring)
▪ Bearing Damage from Shaft Currents → Reduced Motor Life
Inverter-driven electric motors can induce currents on the motor shaft. These currents can cause arcing between the shaft and bearings, leading to damage to the bearings.
▪ SGR (Shaft Grounding Ring) → Extended Motor Life
A shaft grounding brush safely grounds the current induced on the motor shaft.
S.G.M (Shaft Grounding Module)
▪ Modularization of Shaft Grounding Rings → Using Module Type Instead of Ring Type
- Resolves shaft grounding issues even in small motors where installation space is limited (by modularizing the carbon holder inside the SGR).
- Safely grounds induced currents from small motors to the earth.
- Solves the grounding problem at a lower cost than the ring-type.
