Natural stone sheet (stone veneer)
An innovative finishing material made by thinly peeling natural rock into sheets.
Although it is made of natural stone, it is thin, light, and can be easily cut with scissors. It is also a flexible type, so it can be installed on cylindrical columns and curved shapes.
Because we use natural stones, each patterned product has no identical shape, and the natural stone design created by nature over a long period of time provides a variety of healing.
Using natural stone sheets as a finishing material, you can easily create a luxurious space like a hotel simply by attaching them.
Uses of natural stone sheets
Natural stone sheets can be used as finishing materials for various applications such as walls, columns, ceilings, curved walls, furniture, lightweight signs, lighting, cabinets, and doors.
If you stick it on the wall like wallpaper, you can easily create a luxurious stone room, and if you stick it on furniture, you can easily create luxurious stone furniture.
It is also very suitable for DIY stores, home remodeling, and furniture remaking.

Non-combustible natural stone sheet (non-combustible wallpaper made of natural stone)
This is the world's first and only non-combustible natural stone sheet that we have successfully developed.
This sheet is made of real natural stone that can be used as a non-combustible wallpaper and passed the certification test in April 2023.
Natural stone sheets are bound with our special technology and our own developed fiber-reinforced ceramic (FRC) and basalt fibers, and all of the materials used are non-combustible and will not burn.
Like natural stone sheets sold worldwide, our natural stone sheets are thin, lightweight, and flexible, allowing them to be easily bent and cut with scissors. Our natural stone sheets offer the same features as traditional natural stone sheets, but with the added benefit of being fireproof.
You can see that it is about 1mm thick and has flexibility and non-flammability.

Comparison of our company's natural stone sheets with those of other companies
The main difference between commercially available natural stone sheets and our natural stone sheets is their non-combustibility.
Natural stone sheets sold worldwide are reinforced with resin and glass fibers to enhance the strength of the natural stone.
Therefore, in case of fire, even if the natural stone does not burn, the reinforcing resin will burn, and there is a problem that the adhesive or double-sided tape attached to the wall will also burn.
Additionally, toxic gases are produced in case of fire.
S Plus Comtech's natural stone sheet is processed with Basalt Fiber Reinforced Ceramic (FRC) using our special technology, and the entire structure is made of non-combustible materials, making it safe for use in other areas.
It does not emit toxic gases.

Natural stone sheets available in a variety of colors
The color of natural stone sheets made by thinly peeling slate, quartzite, and sandstone from India.
In addition, Chinese sandstone is also peeled thinly and made into sheets.

[ ISO-1182 Certification ]
The general flow of the non-combustibility test is to adjust the furnace temperature to 750℃, place the test piece (44mmΦ×50mm cylinder) inside, and measure for 30 minutes. If the temperature inside the furnace is 20℃ or lower and the weight loss of the test piece is 30% or lower during this time, it is considered passed.
1. Do not burn at 750℃ and keep for 30 minutes.
2. More than 70% of the test specimen weight must remain.
3. The increased furnace temperature (ΔT) obtained from the final average temperature difference shall be 20℃.

[ ISO 5660-1 Certification ]
1. The total calorific value is 8MJ/m2 or less, and the maximum calorific value is 300kW/m2 or less.
2. When the total calorific value exceeds 8 MJ/m2 and is less than or equal to 30 MJ/m2, the ignition time is more than 60 seconds, and the maximum calorific value is less than or equal to 300 kW/m2.
